Rama-Japa-the constant repetition of the Supreme Mantra Rama-is usually done mentally, or on a rosary but there is one extremely efficacious method of this Japa: the Likhita-Japa. ![]() With 108 pages to write upon, and with space for 1008 names per page, users can write the 100,000 Rama Names in this Journal. A grid of 21 by 48 (1008 boxes) is provided for the user to be able to write a thousand Rama Names per page.
